At arrival, you may check in at the main office for your keys. If your arrival time is after 4 pm, the keys will be in your chaket and the door unlock.
Please note that you cannot book more than one year (365 or 366 days) before your arrival date.
When making your booking, a deposit equivalent to 50% of your reservation will be requested. You can cancel your reservation for a fee equivalent to 5% of the deposit amount within 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the resort is closed on the date of your stay, you can still cancel your reservation for a fee of 15% of the total of your reservation.
- We cannot guarantee that the chalets will be available before 4 pm the day you arrive and check out time is at 11 am.
- Pets are not allowed in chalets and the lodging center.
